Need a website?

About 5 years ago I just try learn how to make website and try to find anything related to website but the final decision was I could not make it happen, it too complicated. Finally, I choose a service to make it happen but at the beginning of the started point my mind always not happy just want to change design again and again. And what you guess? The developer not happy and we never communicated anymore.
